How much is shipping?
USA: We offer free shipping on all US orders over $100. Our Standard shipping rate is $15 and includes duties and tariffs so you won't pay anything extra to receive your order.

What is your return policy?
As these are vaginal products, we do not accept returns. We will process claims for damaged or incorrect items on a one by one basis.

We do ship from Canada and at this time there are no tariffs or duties on orders under $800 USD. In the event that your purchase exceeds $800 USD, we will ship your order in multiple packages on multiple days to keep in line with the tariff de minimus.
