Damaged Claims

Whether or not insurance is purchased, we will replace any items that are damaged during delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt. If you have received a damaged item, please send us an email at orders@lafuhqe.com no later than 48 hours after delivery and include your name, order number and pictures of the damaged item(s) and the packaging and we will promptly replace your item(s). If you do not notify us of damages and later file a chargeback for damaged items, we will provide the bank with evidence that no attempt to resolve was made and your chargeback will be denied.
