Insured with Invalid Address & Stolen Packages

Sometimes carriers cannot deliver a package due to an invalid address or other unexpected delivery barriers. At this point, the carrier might return the package to the us. In that case your package is not actually lost, thus package protection does not cover this. In instances where the item is being returned to us you will need to pay for reshipping and provide us with the correct delivery address. 

 

Stolen Packages

 

Your shipping insurance covers stolen packages. In the event that your order was marked as delivered but it is not at your address, we will mark it as stolen.  You must file a claim with the courier no later than 2 days after the delivery date and a Stolen Package investigation will be launched.

The courier will rely on driver testimony and pictures to determine the outcome of the claim. Addresses with previous stolen package claims may be deemed high risk and the claim will ultimately be unsuccessful. We rely on our couriers' data bank to determine stolen package claims and claim misuse and as such the courier's decision is the ultimate determination of whether we will reship a package or not.
