Insured Packages - Presumed to be Lost
If your order has not moved or the status remains the same after many days then we may mark the order as "presumed lost". You must notify us immidiately and file a claim with the carrier no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update. The carrier will launch an investigation and attempt to locate the missing package. If it cannot be located by the carrier and they close the claim, we will reship the order with express courier delivery immediately. If it is located it will continue to move through the shipping network for delivery.
